We have updated the following in January 2025: New Samsung stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator) New 65" TV in living room New 55" TV in the bedroom New 3” privacy shutters in the bedroom New walk-in tiled shower in the bathroom This Perdido Sun condo has recently been updated with new furnishings and decor, new stainless appliances in the kitchen and a new tiled walk-in shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach. High speed internet WiFi, cable TV, and a new 65" TV in the living room are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own. The condo has 2 pools (an indoor pool and an outdoor pool) along with a hot tub so you can relax after a day on the beach. If you like to work out while on vacation, you also have a fitness center for your use (must be 18 to use the fitness center).
Other Details to Note
NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 31st) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. ** Effective 11/1/2025 we will begin charging a $400 refundable security deposit. This is in addition to the insurance that does not cover the loss or breakage of the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and small appliances we provide for our guest's comfort. The deposit is collected automatically from guests two days before check-in and released two days after check-out, unless a charge request is submitted. It securely processed by Hospitable. Please message us if you have any questions. This is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo located in Perdido Sun Resort that was recently remodeled. It will comfortably sleep 4 people. The master bathroom was remodeled in December 2024 with a new tiled walk-in shower. New kitchen appliances and some new furniture was also added in December 2024 so you will have a relaxing and comfortable stay with Beautiful views from the balcony of the beach and Gulf of Mexico!
